Julep Haul

I don't know how, but all of a sudden I ended up with a BUNCH of new Julep polishes! Not that I'm complaining, but I should probably cool it before I get so ahead of myself that I can't wear all my new polish...or I go bankrupt. Whichever comes first.

Regardless, I'm really excited about all the new colors! I'm working on expanding my fall and winter colors, so they're all heading toward that.

The first two I got as my starter Maven box.

Marion: A smoky blue with silver shimmer

Courteney: Key-lime green creme

The next two I bought with a half off coupon, so two polishes only cost me $9.

Char: Nautical navy blue creme

Olivia: Rich and graceful, dark chocolate truffle creme

And the last three were from the "It Girl" Maven box this month.

Ciara: Vampy magenta with teal microglitter

Missy: Titanium metallic

Kendra: Army green frost

I'm not usually a shimmer kind of girl, but Ciara was too good to pass up. Plus, I'd been looking for a good army green, and Kendra looks really pretty. I'm definitely most excited about those two, but I'm pretty psyched about all of them.

To finish up the Julep madness, I'm wearing Taylor on my nails this week covered with Revlon's Whimsical.

I like this color. It looks bluer in the picture than in person. The Revlon makes it a little milkier, so it ends up a really pretty blurple. And the Whimsical also adds just the right touch of interesting without being like WHOA GLITTER.
